For thousands of years, yoga has been passed down individually from teacher to student. Although group classes have their benefits, deep focused progress is often best made one-on-one with a teacher who understands your intentions, relevant history, body mechanics, values, and state of being.

Your yoga program will be as unique as you are, tailored to the reasons which brought you in the first place. Each student will receive a 20-page personalized yoga journal, complete with sequences, progress sheets, and long-term advice. One of the ultimate goals I have is to help you find a practice you feel comfortable (perhaps joyful) committing to for independent practice in future.
